Reservations Booked Online with Bookit
Reservations made with Bookit are secured through a 256 bit digital encryption via Digicert. All bookings are collected by Bookit and held in trust until 24hrs after your stay. All Bookit bookings acquire a 20% administration fee. Any booking cancelled with less then one day’s (24 hrs) notice will receive none of their booking tariff.
*Bookit is part or Travelbug company(Also known as Trademe), if there is any problem with your booking through bookit, please contact them.
Reservations confirmed with other resources
Internet Banking and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard accepted) details, or Cheques are for the purpose of a bond to reserve your room/bed.
Note 1: Cheque Deposit
Cheque deposit of one night’s stay will be required in advance to confirm any booking. Once the cheque has been processed, Any cancellation via this payment method will not incur an administration fee of 20% unless cancellation occurs within the 24 hr cancellation period, remaining balance will be returned.
Note 2: Internet Banking
If you are depositing money direct to our bank account, your booking will be confirmed once payment has been processed. Any cancellation via this payment method will not incur an administration fee of 20% unless cancellation occurs within the 24 hr cancellation period, remaining balance will be returned.
Note 3: Reservations with a credit card
Credit card details are for the purpose of a bond to reserve your room/bed. Your credit card will not be debited unless instructed by the card holder. Any cancellation via this payment method will not incur an administration fee of 20% unless cancellation occurs within the 24 hr cancellation period, remaining balance will be returned.
*Your booking will only then be processed once above details are provided. Without this necessary information, booking is considered *unsecured booking.
Note 4: Unsecured booking (YES WE CAN MAKE A BOOKING WITHOUT CREDIT CARD)
You can make a booking without credit card details or deposit, simply give us a CALL 0800 779 431 and we can make a booking for you. Then you can just pay when you arrive with your EFTPOS card or Cash. Please remember to give us your arrival time.
- condition apply: If you can not make it or be late on time you have given us, please give us a call to inform us. Otherwise your booking may cancel after we attempt to contact you and give you a notice.
- Incase of full booked or on special event days, we may not make or keep your booking without credit card details or deposit.
Group Bookings require a deposit
of one night per room reserved or 50% if only for one night stay. Group bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received. In order not to lose any of the deposit, groups are required to give 14 days notice of cancellation or changes. After the deposit is received, a 20% administration fee may apply to any cancellations or changes. We reserve the right to charge for units booked by the group but then not occupied.
Cancellation policy
Any of the above confirmation options for your booking will be considered as a confirmed status.(except unsecured booking) We require a 24 hours’ notice for any changes with the booking or for cancellation. Otherwise, administration fees which is 20% will be deducted from the deposited amount. If a cancellation is not received and you don't arrive or ignore our calls (this will be considered as a no-show), then we have the right to charge you full amount of stay of your booking. In peak periods and special events, a minimum night’s stay may apply, and a 72 hour cancellation policy will also apply. Should guests alter or depart before the reserved departure date, refunds will only be given at management’s discretion.
*Speical condition apply on Some specific days (e.g. WOMAD) - a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking which is non refundable in event of cancellation.
