- Are secured thru 256 bit digital incryption via Digicert all bookings are collected by Bookit and held in trust untill 24hrs after your stay All Bookit bookings Attract a 20% admistration fee any booking Cancelled with less then One days notice (24 hrs) will receive None of their booking Tarrif
- Reservations confirmed with other resources
- Internet Banking, Credit Card(Visa, Mastercard accepted), or Cheque are for the purpose of a bond to reserve your room / bed. Your booking will then be processed until that point consider your booking unconfirmed
- Note 1: Cheque Deposit
- of one night will be required in advance to confirm any Booking, Once the cheque has been processed any cancellation via this payment method will incur a 20% administration fee, balance will be returned
- Note 2: Internet Banking
- If you are Depositing money Direct to our Bank account your booking will be confirmed once payment has been processed any cancellation via this payment method will incur a 20% administration fee, balance will be returned
- Note 3: Reservations with a credit card
- are for the purpose of a bond to reserve your room / bed. Your Credit card will not be debited unless instructed By the Card holder any cancellation via this payment method will not attract a admin fee of 20% unless cancellation occurs inside the 24 hr cancellation period, balance will be returned
- Cancellantion policy
- any of the above Confirmation Options your booking will be considered in a confirmed status we will require 24 hours notice for any changes to the booking or Cancellation other wise administration fees will be deducted from the deposited amount. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation, If this is not received and you don't arrive or ignore our calls then we do have a right to charge you full amount of one night stay of your booking. In peak periods and some special events a minimum night stay may apply, and a 72 hour cancellation policy will also apply. Should guests alter or depart before the reserved departure date refunds will only be given at management discretion.
- Group Bookings require a deposit
- of one night per room reserved or 50% if only for one night stay. Group bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received. In order not to lose any of the deposit, groups are required to give 14 days notice of cancellation or changes. After the deposit is received, a 10% administration fee may apply to any cancellations or changes. We reserve the right to right to charge for units booked by the group but then not occupied.
